Current Event Article for Megan Shu

  1. Which organization should be in charge of rescuing and helping those who were injured?
  2. Should the government be taking responsibility for these kind of accidents and help the families in need?

  1. I think that the government should be responsible for these accidents and the families in need. I mean I understand that they cant really do much, but they should at least try to help a bit by providing aid, and support. This war has been going on for a long time, and many families have had to flee. If more and more families get into accidents while fleeing, other countries will need to step in, which might cause more issues.

  2. I don't believe they should take responsibility for this issue, but they should try to provide as much aid as they can. Similar to the first question, there shouldn't be a specific group that covers the entire issue, whoever can help with the issue should try their best to help.
