I agree with President Obama on his new policies because I feel that America is too lenient on our gun laws and policies considering how advanced we are. I get why some believe this is unconstitutional because they think that it goes against the Second Amendment, some of the president's propositions, like extensive background checks, don't violate that amendment; they only ensure our safety.
ReplyDeleteI agree with President Obama's new policies and with Erin on how Americas too lenient with guns. Australia has strict gun laws(ban on semi-automatic rifles and shotguns - weapons that can kill many people quickly) and has seen mass shootings drop to zero. I think we should ideally adopt a policy like theirs to protect our nation better.
